Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- The product or service was not delivered as described.
- The product arrived damaged or defective (for physical goods).
- A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
- The service was cancelled by FARSAK HOLDINGS before delivery.
- A refund request is submitted within the applicable refund window (see below).
Refund Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date or delivery date, whichever is later.
Non-Refundable Items & Services
The following are generally not eligible for a refund:
- Digital products or downloadable content once accessed or downloaded.
- Services that have already been fully rendered or completed.
- Subscription fees for periods already used.
- Customised or personalised products made to your specification.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.
- Change of mind after a service has commenced.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Email us at refunds@farsak.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Order ID]".
- Step 2: Include your full name, order ID, date of purchase, and the reason for the refund.
- Step 3: Attach any supporting evidence (photos of damaged goods, screenshots of errors, etc.).
- Step 4: Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
- We will send you an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment processor.
Partial Refunds
In some circumstances, partial refunds may be granted at our sole discretion. This may apply when:
- Part of a service has already been delivered.
- The product is returned in a condition different from when it was received.
- A discount or promotional code was applied to the original order.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before processing begins. Once fulfilment has started, cancellations are subject to the refund terms above. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at refunds@farsak.com.
Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting our senior support team. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of India.
