For digital products and services, no physical shipping applies. Delivery is completed electronically upon payment confirmation.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order ships.

Please note: Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. FARSAK HOLDINGS is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been dispatched.

Failed Deliveries & Returns to Origin

If a delivery attempt fails (due to the recipient being unavailable, incorrect address, or refusal to accept), the courier will typically make up to 2 additional attempts. If the package is returned to us, a re-delivery charge will apply. We will contact you to arrange reshipment.
